Named after our first home at 66 Marlboro Street, Cork. Blend Six is more than just a coffee—it’s a nod to where our journey began. How to make the perfect Iced coffee
Brew it Strong
Ice melts, which dilutes your coffee. To keep the flavour punchy, brew your coffee with half the amount of water you usually use (or double the amount of beans). If you are using your Mahers Hazelnut blend, this ensures those chocolate and nut notes stay rich and distinct even when chilled.
Sweeten While Hot
Granulated sugar won’t dissolve well in cold liquid. If you like it sweet, stir your sugar, honey, or syrup into the hot coffee immediately after brewing. This creates a smooth, consistent sweetness without any gritty texture at the bottom of the glass.
