#1

Roasted Fresh Daily

We roast our beans in small batches every single day right here in Cork to lock in the peak notes of the coffee. This ensures that every bag captures the full aroma and freshness that mass-produced brands simply cannot match.

#2

Ireland's Largest Selection

We scour the globe to curate the most extensive collection of pure coffee beans found anywhere in the country. No matter your preference, we have a bean that fits your taste, from rare single origins to comforting daily blends.

Why Choose Fair-Trade Coffee?

Better for the planet, better for your body.

Cleaner Energy

Skip the jitters and "heavy" feeling caused by synthetic residues; enjoy a steady, natural lift that lasts longer.

Enhanced Focus

Pure, high-altitude beans contain more potent compounds that sharpen your mind and improve mental clarity.

Better Digestion

Naturally lower in acid, these beans are much kinder to your system, preventing the bloating often found in mass-market brands.

Rich Flavour

Savour a smoother, more refined taste profile that is free from the bitter, burnt aftertaste of low-grade filler beans.

How to make the perfect Latte

Follow these three simple steps for the best Latte art
1

Brew it Rich

To create a canvas worthy of art, start by extracting a thick, concentrated double shot of espresso into your Mahers cup. Using a precise grind ensures you get a dense layer of golden-brown crema, which provides the essential contrast and body needed to support the weight of the milk without losing that signature bold coffee flavour.

2

The Steady Stream

Once your espresso is ready, begin pouring your velvety steamed milk from about three inches above the cup. This "high pour" is crucial because it allows the milk to pierce through the crema and incorporate underneath it; this builds the foundation of your drink while keeping the surface dark and clear for the design you’re about to create.

3

The Floating Finish

As the cup reaches about three-quarters full, bring the pitcher spout down as close to the liquid as possible to let the white microfoam "land" on the surface. By wiggling the pitcher and finishing with a swift, steady strike through the center, you transform the foam into a crisp, professional heart that sits perfectly atop your Mahers blend.
